The PT-7P VSD Screw Compressor is a powerful and reliable air-cooled unit with versatile capabilities. It offers a range of Free Air Delivery and Discharge Pressure options, including 0.315 to 0.63 m³/min at 0.8MPa, 0.275 to 0.55 m³/min at 1.0MPa, and 0.21 to 0.42 m³/min at 1.25MPa, with a lubricant oil volume of 3.5 liters. Operating on a 220V power supply, this compressor utilizes a permanent magnet frequency conversion system for capacity control and is driven directly.

Equipped with a 5.5kW permanent magnet motor, which is air-cooled and runs at 3300 rpm, this compressor delivers robust performance. Its compact design measures 1020mm in length, 500mm in width, and 1035mm in height, with a weight of 130 kg. The compressor offers low vibration at 1.2 mm/s and has a noise level of 68 dB(A).

Additionally, it maintains a discharge air temperature of 40°C (air tank outlet temperature) and ensures low oil carryover at 3 ppm, making it an excellent choice for various demanding applications.
